Terms and Conditions
1. By signing up for the Wego Affiliate Contest Campaign, you (the "Participant") will become eligible to enter the Contest and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. The Contest is open to all affiliates of Wego Pte Ltd. However, employees of Wego Pte Ltd, its authorised agencies; contractors and sponsors associated with this Contest, and immediate family members of all such employees are not eligible to enter the Contest.
3. The Contest is open from 17 April 2009 till 25 May 2009 (both dates inclusive). All entries referred leads will be tracked under Wego's affiliate system within this Contest period.
4. Participants are required to login to http://affiliates.wego.com to obtain the "VIP Getaway" Contest banners and supporting creative (if any).
5. Each Participant warrants that all information, details and particulars submitted by him/her to Wego Pte Ltd are true, accurate, complete and up to date. Entries that do not meet this requirement will be disqualified from the Contest.
6. Wego Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
7. By entering the Contest, each Participant consents to the use of his information disclosed to Wego Pte Ltd for the purpose of notification via public publications (in the event Participant is a winner) and/or any other purpose(s) required by the applicable law or regulatory body.
8. By entering the Contest, each Participant consents to the public disclosure by Wego Pte Ltd. of any statement, comment or quotation that the Participant may give, and the reproduction, adaptation and translation into any language and publication of the same by Wego Pte Ltd.
9. The Affiliate with the highest referrals of the subscription to Wego Travel Deals 'VIP Getaway' Newsletter Contest will be the grand prize winner. The remaining 14 prizes will be given out to the top 14 affiliates.
10. Winning Participant will receive the prize of 6 days/5 nights stay in a Duplex Suite Room and breakfast for 2 adults in Melia Bali Villas & Spa Resort. Total retail value of the prize is approximately US$1258.
11. Travel dates must be booked at least 1 weeks in advance (Subject to availability) and completed before 30 June 2009 (availability is limited during peak holiday periods).
12. If the Prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, it is solely the responsibility of the winner for payment of such tax.
13. The prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit in-kind. It does not include cost of insurance, visa arrangements, room service, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, trip insurance, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges and other related expenses, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. The prize is subject to the validity periods and any other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the prize sponsors.
15. The prize winner will be notified by email or phone in accordance with the contact details provided with their entries, within 2 working days of the draw.
16. If the prize is unclaimed after 1 week from the date the winner is informed of his/her win it will be forfeited. Wego Pte Ltd reserves the right to appoint the first runner-up as the reserve winner and award prize to them in the event of the disqualification of an earlier winner or failure of an earlier winner to claim the prize.
17. Wego Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without prior notice to any Participant:
a. To cancel, postpone, suspend or modify the Contest or any part thereof;
b. To make changes to these terms and conditions, whereupon all Participants shall be bound by the terms and conditions as varied by Wego Pte Ltd; and/or
c. To substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize or prize sponsor without disclosing any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
19. Wego Pte Ltd's decisions on all matters relating to the Contest, including but not limited to the eligibility of any Participant or entry, conduct of the Contest, the selection, replacement or substitution of any winner and/or the prizes, forfeiture or disposal of any prize, are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
20. Wego Pte Ltd, authorised agencies, contractors and sponsors, and the directors, officers, employees and assignees thereof (individually and collectively the "Organiser") shall not be liable for (1) any claims, damages, losses, injury or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the Contest, any participation in the Contest or any prize, including without limitation any loss or disqualification of any entry and any delay in, or failure or omission to provide the Contest or any prize or the award thereof to any person; (2) any event of force majeure, including without limitation any calamity or conditions, acts of God, war or warlike hostilities, civil commotion, riots, blockades, embargoes, sabotages, strikes, fires, lockouts, shortages of material or labour, terrorist activity, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, health risk or any other occurrence beyond Wego Pte Ltd's reasonable control or that of any authorized agencies, contractors and sponsors; (3) any entries or other communications that have been lost, late, illegible, incomplete, tampered with, corrupted, mutilated, misdirected or undelivered for any reason; or (4) any defect, failure, interruption, breakdown, malfunction, delay or unavailability of any postal services, machine, computer system, hardware, software, data processing system, email account, communications network or transmission link or other cause that in any way prevents or limits any person's ability to submit a valid entry to the Contest or receive communications or that causes any damage to any person's computer systems.
21. The prize winner shall, if required by Wego Pte Ltd, execute an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability and a publicity release giving Wego Pte Ltd permission to use his/her name, picture, image and voice for publicity purposes without compensation. Failure to provide such documentation or to comply with any terms and conditions therein shall result in disqualification or ineligibility for prizes.
22. The prize winner may be required to attend a prize presentation ceremony, related publicity events and be featured in Wego Pte Ltd's publicity materials.
